I was born and raised in Vienna, Austria, where I obtained a masters degree in Sociology and Economic Sciences, along with a Certificate in Marketing and Advertising. Before relocating to the United States in 1989, I also completed a comprehensive media training course in Europe.
My professional background includes 18+ years of experience with media from around the world and as a corporate leader in the entertainment industry. Working for global corporations like Bertelsmann and Sony provided a great opportunity to learn about the importance and impact of effective and authentic communication - in business meetings, with clients and with the media. During that time I was selected to participate in a series of Executive Training programs, which allowed me to deepen my knowledge of effective presentation and communication skills.
Mahatma Gandhi's words "be the change you want to see in the world" best describe my basic inspiration on a personal and professional level, and help explain why I started my own company.
My coach training is with the International Coach Academy from which I graduated as Certified Professional Coach. In addition, I'm an active member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and Coachville to continuously keep myself updated on new coaching trends, tools and skills.
In addition to my work, I enjoy the lively company of my friends and family, yoga, kickboxing and a good glass of wine....
My Approach
Supporting clients in becoming the most authentic and effective communicators they can be is an extremely satisfying experience for me, and something I am passionately committed to. I am convinced that my clients already are highly accomplished individuals in search of support to continuously better themselves and the results they create.
Our relationship is based on the fundamental principles of mutual respect, integrity, accountability and the power of a shared laugh.
I am also a member of The Women's Mosaic - Recognizing Our Unity, Celebrating Our Diversity.
