"Because of my recent promotion to Vice President at an entertainment company, I am now frequently asked to talk to the press. Working with Gaby has helped me to feel more comfortable in interviews by giving me tools to communicate effectively using my own personal style. As a result of our media coaching sessions, now when I talk to journalists I feel more confident to be myself while knowing that my company's message is getting across."

What are the benefits of working with a coach? |
Teaming up with a coach is a great investment in yourself. By working with a coach you create a supportive structure for yourself, helping you to move towards creating the communication results you are looking for. Your coach is your resource - providing structure, feedback, tools and questions to help you achieve your personal and professional communication goals

How long does coaching last? |
That's an individual choice for each client. I recommend committing to 3 months of coaching in order to be able to fully experience its benefits, but that's just my suggestion. Depending on your individual situation and needs you can work with a coach either short term or for a longer period of time. The choice is yours, and my satisfaction guarantee ensures that you can stop the sessions any time you want and get your money back for any unused sessions.

How does media training work? |
We will meet either in-person or over the phone two to three times a week and will work through the course material together – customized to your individual situation and needs. The sessions will give you an opportunity to learn and practice how to most effectively present yourself to the media and make the most of every media encounter or presentation you give. Throughout the course you will receive written materials as well as constructive feedback and training. While some of the sessions can be held over the phone, in-person sessions are necessary for the body language, style and delivery segments.
Will you tell me what to say? |
Nope! I do not believe that there is a single right or wrong way to say
what we want to say - there is only an effective or an ineffective one.
Plus, everybody is different and the only true expert on yourself and your
work is you! I am here to provide you with feedback, ideas, techniques and
tools to become the most authentic and effective communicator you can be.
Our work will be focused on making sure that you reach your communication
and presentation goals by using your authentic voice and style, not anybody
else's.

What if I don't live in your area? |
Unless you want to hire me for media training, that's not a problem. Coaching is done predominantly over the phone and/or e-mail. There's no need for us to be living close as long as you have a phone and e-mail. Many clients prefer the phone and e-mail sessions because it allows for maximum flexibility and comfort.

How can I find out if you are right for me? |
That's easy - just schedule a complimentary trial session for either one of my services. It will cost you nothing, and give you an opportunity to experience how it works, how you like my style, and to address all open questions you might have.
